Head MassageMassage Therapy, Norfolk

Your Choice:
Tailored therapy priced by duration

I prefer to tailor each massage to your requirements, rather than offering just a standard back, head massage or shoulder massage. Enabling you, the client, to choose your own combination within the time of your choice. To facilitate this, my prices reflect the duration of a treatment rather than individual massages.

For instance you may wish to book an hour's massage. During which time you could receive a short massage on just one arm and hand, followed by more time spent on your back and shoulders. Conversely, you may wish to start with a longer facial, finishing with a massage on your legs and feet.

The choice is yours. However, to help, I will offer suggestions during your consultation.

Massage types

Head/Neck Massage

All I want to do now is curl up to go to sleep – I am so relaxed

The head and neck are the centres of energy of your body. Thus emotions, such as anger and stress, may cause tension resulting in a stiff neck or shoulders, eyestrain or headaches.

A head/neck massage can alleviate mental fatigue, stimulate circulation (helping to improve concentration) and relieve anxiety, leaving you feeling calm and serene.

Average duration 20-25 minutes.

Facial MassageFacial Massage

Facial massage can be a complete massage on its own or combined with a head/neck massage.

Facial muscles become tense and tired, just through our expressions such as smiling and frowning. These tensions can be retained, so your face is like a mirror reflecting your emotions and health.

By soothing away these tensions with a facial massage it relaxes tired muscles, improves skin tone and generally refreshes your face. It is ideal for relieving headaches.

Average duration 15 minutes.

Back Massage

Back massageProbably the most popular massage. The back is a wonderful area of the body that responds well to a massage. It has great strength and mobility and is the main supportive frame-work of the body. The spinal cord is literally our 'lifeline' and relays vital information between the brain and the body systems.

By receiving a back massage, soothing impulses reach the many nerves affecting every part of the body - leaving you feeling relaxed, less stressed with a sense of euphoria and well-being.

Enjoy a back massage and feel the benefits to your whole body and mind.

Average duration 45 minutes.

Hand MassageArms/Hands Massage

Tension in you arms and hands can cause headaches, neck pain and shoulder problems. Having your arms/hands massaged can help you alleviate these aches and pains by releasing tension in your limbs and relaxing the muscles. Just a hand massage on its own can be extremely comforting.

An arm and hand massage is ideal for anyone not able to receive massages on other parts of their body.

Average duration 30 minutes.

Legs/Feet Massage

Foot MassageOur legs and feet support the whole weight our body. A human foot consists of 28 bones and around 7,000 nerve endings. Leonardo da Vinci described our feet as 'the greatest engineering devise in the world'.

Tired and heavy limbs can be energised through increased and improved blood and lymph circulation. Give your legs and feet a well deserved pamper.

Average duration 45 minutes.
